My name is Kelley, and I am a work-from-home mom who is preparing for one of the most exciting chapters of my life: welcoming a little boy puppy into my home and naming him Ernie.
I grew up with dogs, and they were never “just pets.” They were family. They listened, comforted, played, and loved without conditions. Now, as an adult, I am ready to begin that journey again—this time with intention, preparation, and heart.
Because I live with orthopedic challenges, I’ve decided that a small-breed dog will be the perfect fit for my lifestyle. I want a companion I can comfortably walk, travel with, and enjoy simple adventures alongside. Ernie will not only be my dog—he will be my partner in everyday moments, from quiet mornings to joyful outings.
